Remix, from Acon Digital, is a real-time stem separation plugin for your DAW that lets you remix vocals, piano, bass, drums and other instruments – all in real time!. Considering that the separations are performed in real-time, the results are quite impressive! Remix is available for both macOS and Windows in AU, VST, VST3 or AAX formats.
