ReStem (formerly named ReBeat) from WaveMachine Labs is a stem separator specifically for drums. ReStem is available in two versions, ReStem Core which is a standalone application for both macOS and Windows, and ReStem Pro which includes a standalone application for both macOS and Windows as well as an AAX, Audio Units, and VST3 format plugin. In addition to the drum stem separation capabilities, ReBeat Pro includes the Drumagog drum replacer, a Look-Ahead Noise Gate, and a Transient Shaper, each of which can be utilized on the separated stems.  Both versions of ReStem make use of a custom-trained AI model which delivers exceptional speed along with exceptional quality, with all processing done locally on your computer.
